Muffin Picnic

We were having a "muffin picnic" on the grass here. I like the crumbs on his little face.

So I've hit a point of being quite uncomfortable. I'm 34 weeks now. 6 more to go! My back aches, my feet ache, I am constantly tired but I can't sleep. I don't remember feeling like this with Liam. I was lying with Liam tonight when he was falling asleep and my mind was going crazy! I was having such nervousness about who we will have to leave him with to go to the hospital. I feel like I will need him to be happy and settled so that I can do what I need to do to labour for this babe. Maybe I'm making a bigger deal out of this than I need to?  This is when I wish our family lived closer.

I have a few photos to upload of his birthday. For future, I will assign the role of taking photos to someone else. It's impossible to take photos and sing happy birthday with a cake in your hands. It was a lovely relaxed morning and Liam told me he "had the best day of his life". I love his dramatic little self. but really, what else could I want him to say? Can't believe he is just about 4.

  1. He is so gorgeous, Dana. I love these shots.

I totally understand your concern about leaving Liam. There's something about a mama and her little boy - it feels like they need you SO much. And nobody can do it like you! But I bet he will surprise you. Billy is always surprising me that way. Trust me, it will be more stressful for you than for him. :)It's like they just know when they need to be strong for you.

I can't wait to find out what you're having! Love your inspiration posts too!

  2. Hey I have some good photos from the party!! You can look at them and let me know which ones you want me to send you. I'd email them all, but there are about 16 I think.
