The Set Up

Curious George rides shot gun with Liam. Wagon attached to the bike and baba in the back. Love it!! Oh yes and hockey helmet on, of course. Liam sure is vibrant and creative. Love this little person I have been entrusted with, never a dull moment.

Glee!

No, I don't have a business, but I do have a few shoots of friends lined up already for the summer and I wanted to look a little more professional. A friend made it and I think she did a lovely job - it captures my "girlyness" and I like that considering I live in a house of  boys. And here is a pic of a little girl to go with the new banner! 

Joy

Liam has taken to calling us Mommy-a and Daddy-o. Not sure where he discovered these, but makes me laugh. Such a unique little person he is. Loves wearing his bike helmet and any "digger" type shirt. Any tips on avoiding a battle every morning he gets dressed are appreciated :)

10 Things We Love about Nana!

1. She cooks for us!

2. She is completely and unashamedly in love and biased towards Liam (he can do no wrong)

3. She gets up in the morning with the early riser

4. She rides in the back seat of the car

5. She takes us out for lunch and dinner

6. Babysitting is free with her and she even pays for dinner

7. She has the ability to read  the same book 100 times in new voices

8. She may be approaching 60 but she is able to jump on the trampoline for long lengths of time

9 . She never forgets baba or curious

10. Did I mention she loves us?

Pajamas

Love this little person so very much. He loves his PJ's so very much. 

Lately, he spontaneously says "mmm, I yave you mommy". Makes me melt, just so thankful for him. 

This verse has been a great encouragement to me lately and just a reminder of God's love for me. I hope it may be an encouragement to some of you readers also.

"Fear not, O Zion; let not your hand grow weak, The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing."

Shadow

Liam is my little constant companion. He complains that he misses daddy and wants him all day, but when daddy is home, he decides that he hasn't had quite enough of me all day! Then he needs me to do whatever daddy is attempting to do. On another note, he has begun asking questions and of course is relentless with them. He attempts to ask them at all times. I heard him ask the other day, when referring to me, "which mommy??" He is such a bright little guy and I love hearing his little voice. I think he is quite pleased with himself that he found yet another way to get people to engage with him.

I, on the other hand, have discovered a new way to work out. At the YMCA here they have a room that has exercise equipment and lots of big play things for kids to do as well. Liam loves it and I finally get some exercise. I've been in a bit of picture taking funk and haven't broken out my camera as often as I would have liked. I will post some more soon.
