Lovin' Summer in Philly

We went to a pool with some friends today. They have three children, Liam loved being with other kids!!Here he is with my sunglasses on after a swim.

This was taken at a park nearby, it's great for little guys and has a nice soft ground. This is where you'll find us next summer when Liam is walking.

Going for a drive...

My dad gave Liam this car when Liam first got home from the hospital. At the time, it seemed like he would never be big enough for it, but here he is!! These pictures are his first few times on the car. He doesn't quite get what you are supposed to do yet. You can also see our front window in the first pictures. He loves to look out there and yell at the dogs or whoever is going by. I will get some better shots or maybe even a video of our place very soon.

Another new fun game for Liam is spinning on daddy's chair. It has been colder here for last few days - that's why he has sweats on.

Here is Liam in his chair after dinner, one of his favorite times of the day. He loves to eat. His current favorite food is eggplant, Brian has a hard time even smelling it when he feeds it to him. He obviously has food preferences like me.

First Week in Philadelphia

Well, we've been here for one week now!! It was hard to say bye to everyone but here we are! We've been busy setting up our little house and figuring out all the things we need to do in order to live in the US. We quickly found the closest Target, Costco and Starbucks.

Liam is doing great! He has said his first few words this week, "bye bye" and "dada". He says mama but we're not sure if he knows that mama is me... And if you ask him to say any of these words he promptly shakes his head no. He is also pulling himself up to standing all the time and is very proud of himself that he can do this.

I don't have any pictures of our home or new ones of Liam. But I will post some very soon. I just wanted to get this blog set up since everyone has been asking me to do this. Miss you guys!
